I will be giving away a free dress up kit for the 85-86 model and the 88-89 model soon for site promotion. Like a drawing or raffle. Just have to figure the best way the site can pursue this.

Tony,

Do you know if anybody has used the round cr coil mount on an atc frame? I'm thinking the radiator mount tube on the atc frame would be the only place this might work?

Think you can make frame guards to protect the sides of the frame where your boots rub the paint off?  I'll even chip in for some of your R&D time if it would help.
something like this? These are aluminum. ..

Looks like the quote was misrepresented. This is Sams comment. Looks like they would need to be made of aluminum so you could bend them in place on the R.  I am a little at a loss here. All my frames have fresh paint from the last 10 years and no wear spots. Someone please post a pic so I can see where the trouble spot is.

Mine comment was....something like this? These are aluminum. ..

They came pre-shaped, and they came with the drill bit and screws.
Jerry white made some for the 450's too. Mine are rich17's...

This is the part they are talking about Tony. Boots tend to rub up on the frame in this area. I don't like the idea of drilling my frame. Maier use to make a molded plastic frame protector. Let me see info can find a pic...

I found an old 250r frame with the places the paint has rubbed through. Where your boots rub and just above that where the plastic rubs

Cover this with the Pumashine polished stainless wear strip and you get.
