Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.
Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

That is awesome. I also have a copy of that book. I got mine in 1979 or 80 and I don't think there were many left then. Back in the 70's many dealers were into racing and performance. The local shops often knew about engine building and were real enthusiast. That was the glory days of two strokes!

yeah its to bad Honda never did that, Arctic Cat the last I knew still does a Performance Manual for its racers, but while they did cover a little engine and pipe mods in the older manuals they were more clutching and suspension tuning.
