Little update here on this project.
Since i now have the bike up and running that this is on, I tried it out. It will work and indeed put out the voltage i need (13V). Yea!!! but... I have to hit 76 miles per hr before the flux capacitor will kick in. HAHAHA  (Just a joke there). in reality about 40 mph.
I need to make a bigger pulley for the drive side about 8 inches. I have sourced the billet aluminum I need and my machinist will put it on the "lathe a runi " and fix me up. Hopefully i will have it completed by the OCT ride at ST JOE.
I will update when I make more progress or if i get a letter saying I am being sued by DeLorean or DOC Brown.

I wouldn't worry about it, Doc is a good guy. What is St Joe?

Little update. Made a larger Dia pulley and installed the matching Kubota regulator/rectifier and I get 13.5 volts at about 25 mph. I will put a sealed battery and make a wiring harness and I should be good to go. Just trying to do something unusual. Like was suggested, I may give the LED a try. I can buy H4 socket Led bulbs to put in my existing light choice.

The light bar came with an old set of Dick Cepeck lights. I may powder coat the cans and use them. They also take the H4.
I made the light bar so it could be installed/removed in a few min. I will be able to put the white Maire head light on easy.

Battery and voltage reg operational. Lights work. Maintains 12.5 volt charge to battery. I will put the electrical through some testing this spring. Once it is proven dependable I will make a proper wiring harness.

You have created something very impressive mrtwidster1. You have a creative mind. I'm looking forward to a tried and tested review B/c I may have interest in being a customer if you decide to sell a package to make this work.
