Frame is powder coated and have allot of other parts I now am taking to powder coating.  Frame done white and all parts will be black.

I got the radiator back in, new steering stem bearing and seals.  Just good to see it going back together rather than collecting dust.

Radiator shrouds are alum powder coated black, added the polaris overflow.

Went with some LTZ400 shocks and started putting the front end together

Pro Taper fat bars, TRX450R Master cylinder, Outlaw Clutch for the controls. Also got the swinger back from the powdercoat shop and all new needle bearings and swingarm bolt.

Have not posted in a while but the R is together and running nice.  Only this is the stock a arms and borrowed shocks are not a good combo.  Plus my rear shock decided to puke its oil out after first ride.  So rear is off to be rebuilt and I am looking for +2 arms and shocks.
