Question regarding lrd subframe
« on: November 15, 2017, 01:54:41 PM »
What did lrd use for the seat posts I guess you'd call them. This one don't have them.

Mine here has tabs but no nothing for those front seat grommets to guide onto. I hope that makes sense lol

Yah it's not threaded at all. Pictures I've seen online look like stock tabs/mounts so I dunno lol

I would use a bolt, washers, and a nyloc nut. All stainless steel of course!

get the bushings from TM designworks......

then make a spacer/post and bolt it all up.

just curious.  are you adding this to a stock frame or do you have an LRD aluminum frame?

I wish I had the LRD frame that and a Walsh are my bucket list frames to own. It might go on a 88-89 frame or a 86 stock frame.
