Just got this old Prentiss 6" swivel jaw vise given to me. Going to work on taking it apart and fix it up.

Ya it's beefy. It's a model 22. Specs say it's 168 pounds.

Nice! That should clean up just fine
My grandpa found an old Columbian vise on a job-site that must have fallen off a truck. Still use it to this day it's a tank
