I use to frequent the site. Back when I started quad riding on a blaster. And blaster central lol. Mac site had so much info. The site really dropped off when it went to a pay site. Some of the guys on that forum went deeeep into 2 stroke discussion. Much way above my knowledge. Sad. Lost resource.

Engine and Bottom End / Re: I’m new and can’t find it. Port work
« on: January 18, 2024, 11:11:30 PM »
Welcome
Is Bubba not taking on any work? He is in Arkansas. Many of us deal with west coast builders. Personally I would just send it out to LED if you can not find a reputable candidate local to you. He is always busy but his knowledge with these motors are endless. He is one stop shop. You'll get your fresh bore and port along with piston rings and gaskets. And most times you'll get your parts back faster than your original quoted time frame

Ok so I looked into it a little. The levers have bearings so there is no slop. You can also buy different size levers to better fit your hand size. A few different piston sizes are available to push more fluid

Exhaust hangers from Billygoat.  These were a 2 piece design that was welded internally. The internal dampening material was then poured.
I had a set of these. Probably still have them around somewhere. There were very nice and fit great but as you mentioned separated. Billygoat did try to resolve the issue. I think a different polyurethane and grooves inside the mounts itself would help

Wanted / Re: Laeger Frame
« on: August 06, 2023, 07:30:29 PM »
In all seriousness, what realistic time frame would it take Walsh to put out a frame? They make amazing parts but they are no different then anyone else when it comes to actually putting a frame in a customer's hands.

I had a set of tpin arms in hopes that I would find a frame one day and spindles would become affordable. I sold the arms.
