Glad you got it sorted Doug. Out of curiosity, did you have any issues without the spacer?

Body and Controls / Re: Fourwerx Carbon Fiber Radiator Shroud Mounting
« Last post by havinnoj on August 13, 2018, 12:32:37 PM »
Steve Buschinsky might be able to help you on this. His stainless shrouds are rubber mounted.

Not sure how the Fourwerx are done as I've never seen them. Do they still sell them new?

Thanks Clay.  FWC still sells them new.

Suspension and Chassis / rear hub compatability
« Last post by croat1 on August 12, 2018, 09:52:22 PM »
passing some info along...the 85/86 ATC250R and 86-89 TRX205R have a 25 spline rear hub as does the 85/86 ATC350X.  if you can find ATC/TRX 250R NOS hubs your going to pay $$$.  seems to be a few NOS 350X hubs floating around for a decent price (Ebay).

Carburetor, Intake, and Exhaust / Re: LED or Robl intake for air-box eliminator?
« Last post by jcs003 on August 10, 2018, 12:33:18 PM »
I like how the Robl unit straightens out and keeps the filter parallel with the sub-frame rails. I think Troy originally designed them to be used with the stock air-box, or his personally designed air-box. Not sure where he is on those.

I run my Robl intake with a custom air-box and big 450r air filter, huge improvement over my previous setup with OEM intake

how was the power improved?
