I would have trimmed the red out of the front section so that it looked like this.

Call up JetTrim and tell them i sent you. They do all kinds of custom seats. They did all 3 of mine, and i will be doing a few more this year. Quality stuff, and the prices are better than any other seat covers i have found.

Im not sure, but i bet they do. They cut foam for my hump seats.

Idk about foam for a 250r. ..but they can get a soft foam for a 450r out of cali they said when I got my cover from them...I love the seat on my 450r.
