If I paid a good price I would be pissed. If I got it cheap I wouldnt worry about it. As far as function. It wont hurt anything.

50 plus roughly 20 for shipping...but their was other parts in the box...
I said screw it an luckily got in on the 10" wheel group buy. Which is probably what I should have done in the first place...ALOT more tire choices.
Just trying to see if I'm being to picky... I did ask for a nice one.

I'd be pissed and wouldn't want to run it on missle kit like you bought it for. Plus it will wear bearings out faster by not being true. Will it work, yes but were you given an accurate description by the seller? I went the 350x front wheel route for my trike. Got it and shipped for WAY less than you paid. Yes I got a good deal AND mine was as described(I'm guessing yours wasn't). IMHO that wheel will work, but isn't a "nice one".
I have some bent wheels you can buy Burns since they won't hurt anything. They are currently used for door stops for my shop doors on windy days.
Congrats on your new paperweight, doorstop or boat anchor Sam.

It depends on how it was advertised. I would be pissed.
The best thing you did was get a 10" wheel.
If you want a gold wheel I best kasey probably has one he would sell.
