A-arms not lining up

So, I just got my frame back from powder coating and I got one side on then the other side I can get 3 of the bolts in the 4th will not totally line up I've tried grinding the powder out of the holes but, it still won't line up . Any thoughts ? They were fine when I removed them  to break it all down.please help.

is it not lining up when you go to put the bolt through or not lining when you go to put it in the bracket?? like is it bent?? pictures bro!! that will go a mile!!
