beautiful!  design & manufacture with repeatability in mind.  Some genius questioned the guy who ported my engine and explained that he using templates is demonstration of not knowing how to properly port an engine.  on the contrary, if the design precipitates engine efficiency than porting needs were satisfied.

RIP Calvin; you added so much back into the ATV world.

After viewing all the work done for CP Industries cylinders you guys might start believing me that they do not need to be pro port and flowed. If Carlos says it makes a difference I can guarantee these cylinders were precision cast by Calvin and need nothing to make them perform perfect. I have an unported stock stroke 408 Puma that will out run any cylinder done by XXX.

None of us could have ever thanked Calvin enough for making our little 250r world so much better than awesome.

I was talking to a friend of mine that raced for Cammex in the early to mid 80's and he told me that the air cooled Honda cylinders that Calvin made were faster than a tecate with a ported kx cylinder.
