I started this build Nov. 2012. Most of you have probably seen it, but for anyone else who hasn't here's some progress.

Great looking build.  Love the dipped clutch cover - reminds me of splash anodizing on older paintball guns.  What plastic are you running?

I didnt even notice the beadlock rings dipped on the facebook, just now noticed it. Again, i love this build. Gonna be insane cool. I dont know how you have the patience for a 1.5 yr long build! you and jamieg45 both, i'd just get too amped to ride and go, maybe i just need another bike to ride during builds? lol. Keep us updated on this Brian!

So the clutch cover and rings are a dip? Like some do to plastics? Please explain this process. Looks killer.

It is hydrodipping, the new coolest thing! All sorts of crazy patterns you can do, from camo and woodgrain to solid colors.

Thanks pinned. It's very cool and looks sweet. So is it clear powder coated after or a coat of clear paint? Seeing that had me thinking of rockin some eddie van halen style pieces on an 88 style build some day. Heck it would be cool with white plastics as well.
Sorry to go a little off topic in your thread brian, again killer build.

I just seen this the other day when someone posted it.  I can't stop lookin' at it!  Very nice and clean.  It would look good in the back of my truck.:joyous:  Similiar color of my 97 Chevy.

Nice build! Really like the frame color. Ano dipped parts? Paint ball and RC was big into it. I never even gave it a 2nd thought for our quads. Maybe you'll start a new trend

Sweet build you got going. I had to borrow a pic of your shrouds to show them to guys who want to know what they look like. I really like the blue and shiny stuff.
