nice work. was the cylinder your own design or was it based on a existing design from another engine ?  what machine is needed to make something like that ?

whats the labor costs of cases if i send the material ?  im thinking twin cylinder with reed valve in the case. oh ya ill need a crankshaft also :glee:

300-400 Hundred hours to design and  probably 100-150 Hrs  to machine just the case and side covers
