get yourself a syringe and a rubber hose that fits tight on the bleeder. push the rubber hose onto the syringe, suck up some brake fluid with it, open the bleeder and push the fluid from the bottom to the top
close the bleeder once you see the reservoir fill up and do the other side
pump the brakes about 10 times. on the 10th time, pull the lever all the way to the bar, open the bleeder, close the bleeder, let off the lever
do that a couple times on both sides and your brakes will be solid, if not you are either not closing the bleed before releasing the lever or you might have a bypassing master cylinder and need a new one
