Is there enough difference to make the 5"b" not perform Well with an OEM cylinder or smaller bore than my 330? I am considering an OEM cylinder or just buying a complete used engine. Don't want my pipe to not perform as good as it should being that it is a 5b. I honeslty don't even no What the difference is between a 5 and a 5b. Something for the big bore Motors but it doesn't seem to b in the stinger and tail sections.

I think the only thing different in the pipe is just where the silencer slips on its a little bit bigger cuz to flow a little more through the pipe , you should be fine running the 5b on an oem cylinder

stinger size is the same on the B esr pipes, the only difference is the header diameter. it may affect your powerband, maybe not, but if you know you arent going back to a big bore anytime soon just sell it and get a small bore pipe. there is always ppl looking for those pipes.
