Project I've been working on here the last few weeks.

Picked up 3 2015 New Holland Rustlers from my dad.  (Their his actually... LOL!)  he is a New Holland dealer.  Anyway we've got a trip out to Colorado in early Aug to do some jeep trails so I'm building new cages for these rigs and outfitting them for the trip.  Thought you'all my like to see it.  I know these are no RZR XP1000's, but they will do the job for crawling.  They are 21hp diesels, with dif lock and engine brakes.  2 of them we are doing the 4 seat cages on.  The 3rd will be "left alone"... for now..  Mine I designed a 3" lift for it and added tires and wheels we took off one of our old Polaris Rangers we had 5 years ago that have been in storage.  I bought some adaptors and mounted them up.  Eventually we are going to put Soucy tracks on mine.  My dad is a dealer for Soucy and they are as good as it gets for track systems.

for the first one this one is mine (technically my dad's) but I'm configuring this one as mine.. LOL!  I did a 4 seat conversion cage so I have 2 seats for my kids to rid in and they love it!  I also added a cooler rack and spare tire rack.  The cooler is a Pelican Elite cooler, they are baddass, if you've never seen one.  Similar to a yeti only better imo.  The cage is pretty much done on mine, other than powder coating. I'm also fabbing up a vinyl roof for it too.  building the bracekts now.  I just ordered a 40" LED light bar for the front as well.

Lastly, I'm designing a turbo system for it, using Garrett GT1241 turbo's, at 9psi should about double the hp and pull the tracks nicely.  I don't think I will have that finished before the trip but I'll update this thread with the details incase anyone else wants to turbo something... LOL!

I see 2 people that look pretty excited about it.  The cage looks really nice.  That pelican cooler looks more like a Milwaukee radio.

The NH's have a CVT transmission actually. The motors are 722cc 3 cylinder Kubota diesels, that are rated at ~20-21hp.  With the small turbo setup 40hp is easily achievable, I'd like to get closer to 60hp, I'm just not sure what mods I need to do to make the motor and tranny live with the that extra hp.   I'll have to do a little more research.

Yes!  That's my biggest complaint with these rigs is the hp, so I'm going to remedy the situation... LOL!

Yea my kids are stoked about "their seats"... LOL!  I've got smaller harnesses on order, junior race harnesses that should fit better.  The pelican is right next to the spare tire, LOL!  Gotta have some tunes when touring the dirt roads out here.   Eventually I'll put a legit stereo in it, but its lower on the list.

I have a 40x60 shop, its stick construction and looks more like a barn.  I'd do 50x80 if I could do it over.

There probably is other equipment out there with turbo versions of the same motor. Cute kids BTW.
