Got some time off work this weekend and headed over to New Vienna MX for some practice before my next race August 9th. They have two tracks, a main track and a hill track. Main track was ripped crazy deep so it was all about momentum and trying to blast through the clumps of dirt before hitting jumps. Hill track was fun and some good turn practice. I picked up a mint LRD pipe to replace my broken and beat 250B and it performed great in my opinion. The R was running a little fat on top as you'll hear in the video but that's a simple fix. I'll post the videos as I get them uploaded. Enjoy.

Man you guys don't know how good you have it Zak.  Lol  We don't have any nice tracks like that around here...especially anymore.  And if we do they don't let quads run on them.  That's why everyone around here switched to bikes it seems.

Sorry to hear that Jeremy. This one was a little bit of a haul for me at 2 hours but I couldn't find anywhere closer that was open. I'll be going back for sure because of the two tracks and I didn't do a few of the doubles that I know I can hit lol.

This is the hill track. http://youtu.be/Nb6gJOPZeP0

Dang Zak, you weren't kidding about the deep till! That looked a bit rough and super clumpy.

Thanks Tbone.

Ya it was pretty rough Ryan. My new CCP stabilizer worked to perfection though. I was hitting that first sweeper in 4th pinned and it never gave me much feedback. Unless I hit one of those huge clumps of dirt. After I stiffened it up a hair, that all went away. There were a few doubles that I wanted to hit but I was having such a good day I didn't want to chance ending it.

So far, I have been running my CCP on 2.5-3. That has been the best for me so far. Anything more less than 2 seems to be a little too stiff but anything higher than about 4 seems not enough, atleast for the mx track anyway. That's just my personal experience.

I'll have to look at mine again to see what it's set at. I want to say it's right around 3-3.5. One of the best mods I've bolted on though for sure.
