I'm pretty sure there is no surf board shops in your area.

If its just a crack in the clear coat I suggest doing it yourself. Sand down the area so the crack is gone. The reapply resin. After it has cured start sanding again. I like to wet sand as it makes it easier to buff out. Last step is to buff to a shine. Any kind of fine compound will do. By hand would be best as I imagine your repair is a small area. If you use a machine, go slow! You don't want to heat up the resin. All of this is very similar to body working a car. Just go slow. Its going to look like crap and your going to feel like your making it worse. The buffing will bring the shine back. You can do it its easier then you think.
