Looks like a custom handmade pipe. I think you would be hard pressed to identify its maker.

I can't see the detailed pics as the listing is closed. Throw up some pics when you get a chance

Looks like the person that made it used washers for the spring hooks. Not saying it was designed poorly but I think @rablack21 is right about it being a homemade pipe. Let us know how it works if you end up using it.

I will.

I was intrigued and gave the seller a very low ball offer and he accepted.  Worth a shot.

possibly.  I looked a a few pics and there are similarities.  from the pics the large diameter cones look like it would be for a big bore.  I will need to measure to know more.

I'd say it is not

Comparing to an ESR TRX-6 (Discontinued very low end pipe) this pipes header section is about 2" longer.  The stinger section is about 7" longer.  The other dimensions of the pipe are nearly identical.

my conclusions are:

- Although old, it is a well made pipe, by someone rather competent.
- The long header section and long stinger section leads me to believe this is a very low end/torque biased design.

thoughts?

The pipe looks like a cross between a PT hi-rev & PT type 6 to me. The long stinger is similar to the one on my hi-rev. I'd say you got a pipe that was built with the intention of it creating very broad power.
