I signed up to do that and started to get bombed by change emails. It wouldn't let me stop the emails so I finally got out of it and stopped the crap. They had well past the needed votes already so I felt they would be ok without mine. Maybe it was nothing but I hate that stuff.

"CHANGE" has been haunting me and my wallet for some time now.

It would be cool to have them do a pro round with one of the supercross events like they did back in the day. Todays bike racers have decided that quads ruin everything though and would complain about them being on their track. Funny years back the bike racers never cried like you see today. They use to race at supercross arenacross and cmc golden state nationals with the bike pros. Maybe a larger arenacross venue. Not ideal due to how important the starts would be but Gust Banks and others use to race with the arenacross series back in the day when they ran quads right with the regular program. Maybe though just flat too small for a pro quad national event.

The reason they didn't complain back in the day and do now is because of the type of bikes they race these days. Back when they were racing two strokes, it was advantageous to not have bike ruts. two strokes steer with the back wheel; it was easier to turn on a dime with no ruts. Quads flatten bike ruts. Now 4 stroke dirt bikes turn with the front wheel. It is advantageous to have bike ruts so they can make turns easier (kinda like training wheels). Again, quads flatten bike ruts. So now they fuss about it.

On a side note, they will never let quads race on the same tracks that dirt bikes do. Because then people will realize that the quads are actually just as fast as the dirt bikes, and at times, are faster. The AMA and Feld will not allow this to be seen. That is why they change the track anytime quads and dirt bikes are gonna be on the same track. Look at Daytona Supercross for example. They purposely changed the track so they have a reason to show different lap times for quads than dirt bikes. Been doing it for years.
