Sphinx 363 with 44 electron and trx11 pipe. Has around yours on rebuild.

Some of it is going to come down to who built the motor and how it's ported as well, who was the builder?

Hard to say but engine is probably worth more alone than in the bike. If you're looking to maximize the money, I'd say part it out.
