Pro-trax inner tie rod help?

Looks like mine has an o ring on each end.  There is one in the stem on the front and the other is still on the tie rod attaching part.

A little of topic but if the stem area is packing with dirt/debris,  you may be able to get some plastic push on caps from a hardware store or specialty automotive store. Makes for a nice clean look as well!   If not,  I've also seen people fill that void with black silicone.  Just swipe it with your finger while the silicone is still wet for a flush smooth appearance.  When you need to get to the lock nuts just scoop the dried silicone out with a pic or small flat head screw driver.

unfortunately Dan, it is going to be a bit before I get to that!!  Kind of looking around for some front shocks for it but should probably just bite the bullet and buy new ones....After I get shocks I need some sort of footpeg for it yet and I should have enough to put it together and ride it!
