I'm about to take my frame down for powdercoating.  Other than masking all the threaded holes, the grounding location by the left radiator mount, and the brake pedal mount, is there anything else I should be masking off?

Are you masking it off. Only reason is because there is special high temp tape that you use. There is also silcone plugs that can be used by putting them in the threads.

Yeah, I'm doing the masking myself.  The powdercoater gave me some high temp tape to use and said I could just use bolts for the threaded holes.

I've had good luck rolling up some aluminum foil and using it in the bolt holes. I also masked off where the serial number is, just in case.

I bought one of those stupid Ebay allen head bolt kits for my Banshee about 5 years ago and hated em. Now I use those suckers to plug up bolt holes before PC work.
