This is like a big poop stain on my otherwise beautiful Laeger. I've got the proper mounts but it seems likes none of the OEM mounts will work with my Sparks Pipe and this Laeger frame....any suggestions?

This one is not as close as it looks. I couldn't get the OEM mount to fit up correctly

Its best to use the OEM mounts because they flex a bit. Using spacers and angles like you bent are just as good with the OEM hardware.

I had the same problem with the front mount(to motor mount) in my 86' frame and Sparks MX,it was really tight through there. The rear lower fit better than yours but I had to rotate the mount to fit,the rear upper fit fine. I can let you know in a few days how my Sparks TT fits in the my Laeger

I made the top expansion chamber mount for my cr500 pipe to fit the modified ATC frame, ended up using 5052 3/16" aluminum for the mount and the silencer solid mounts to the frame too. Haven't been on a ride with it like that yet though

I'm gonna order the 3-piece Pumashine exhaust mount kit just for the hell of it. Then completely start from scratch and see if I can't get them to mount up

On your front lower pipe mount, I would get rid of that setup you have and get an OEM or similar rubber mount. I cracked the mount bracket off on my Sparks TT pipe with it solid mounted like that. Had similar problems as you with Sparks and Laeger frame fitment. Only advice I can give you is start with the front with a nice rubber mount and keep moving the pipe till you get it close than use what ever type of spacer you need. I was able to get mine really nice with work, the discontinued TM billet pipe mounts helped also they have a bit more length to them for adjustment then OEM.

The kits I've been selling were for stock reproduction. You need some of the adjustable ones like I made for motofool. If you can measure center to center one the bolts on that lower one I can send one that will fit. I can send a couple extra spacers also.

I used the TM Designs banshee hangers, well 1 of them...since you have to buy 2...
And used their trx ones for the silencer.

Now I did have puma make 1 to length, just haven't installed it yet.
