I want to restore this bike and make it beautiful, but I hear the left side case is one of the most hard to find parts on a TRX250R. I will try to get some pics up sometime soon.

Cases are easy to find . That's no problem. Esr even makes new ones. I just purchased a 88 and they are great machines you will love it.

Thanks 250rchris420, I really appreciate the info. I checked out ESR's web site and they are selling both the right and left cases together for $499. That's a great deal considering there are folks who are trying to sell just the left side case on eBay for $750! Thx again.

You don't have to worry about $750 case halves here. We all try to look out for each other & help each other keep these bada$$ machines going.

Amen to that! Yeah, I figured there was a bit of gouging going on with that left half case. I really like this 250R community. It's all about keeping the 250R alive and well as it should be.
