LED PUMA 431cc ENGINE FOR SALE

LED Puma engine for sale $6,000 USD,
Hey guys, a lot of you have most likely seen my LED ktm/puma hybrid for sale back in late 2015, after driving from Alberta to Oregon to pick it up and then trying to bring it back into Canada I ran into some issues, long story short (no need to go into detail) the quad got seized and I got handed a hefty fine if wanted to get it back from the CBSA (Canadian border security agency) after the long process of trying to appeal the seizure and maybe get the fine reduced I received the letter with there final decision and they will not reduce the fine, soo if I ever want to get it back I will have to pay the boat load of cash and sell the engine to help pay the cost for now, then atleast I will have my chassis back that I sunk $4000 into, then eventually buy all the engine parts again to have Arlan build me a new engine again, I do not have the quad in my possession, want to see if anyone is interested in this engine before I go and max out my credit card to get it back.
Thanks
Jess Logan

I can't believe this man after all the stuff you've been through with that quad and now this. I couldn't be more sorry to hear about your misfortune. WOW! Well I'm sure someone will snag this motor up from you.

Would also consider partial trade of a good stock engine or nice new set of oem or ESR cases or other parts I could use to get me started on a new puma engine build.

i guess im missing something. your going to sell the motor to pay the taxes and duties to get the chassis, then have to pay for a whole new motor to be built, and then pay the same taxes and duties you cant pay now.... again on that stuff?

sucks all around man. if it was me id just pony up and get it all back in one piece. im sure arlan ported that motor to match the intake and exhaust he built for it, so splitting them up wouldn't be optimal for the end user after that.

The money I need from selling the engine is to pay a fine not the taxes and duty....
this is not a small fine, I'm talking a couple thousand short of $10,000 CDN, and after dropping close to $20,000 CDN into this build already, I don't just have that kind of money laying around, and have more important things in my life that I need to worry first like my family, when I started this build I was single and only had to worry about myself....
the taxes and duty on a new engine are gonna be alot less.....
anyway this is the only solution I can come up with to get it back before its too late.. and then I can buy parts here and there over a couple years and the cost won't hurt as bad, I'm sure Arlan has records of the specs and chances are kept the template for the pipe, if not I would gladly lend the pipe to anyone that buys the engine to have it duplicated...
im hoping someone out there is gonna benifit greatly by having this engine readily available to them at a discounted price and not have to wait months to have one built, basically your getting a LED engine off the shelf with no wait time.....
oh and thanks for reminding me how much my situation sucks.....

Shoot me a PM if you want to sell just the motor (no pipe, no carb).

And for those interested in buying the motor setup - will the Gov let you have access to your bike to pull the motor and ship?

No, it is now the property of the CBSA (Canadian boreder services agency)......
so to be clear for anyone interested, they would need to send me a deposit (so I know you are serious) then i would pay the fine with my credit card, bring the quad home, pull the engine, build a good crate for it, then ship once the remainder off the money is sent and cleared into my account, and can provide pics for every step of the process.

This is a very valid point.  If your set on building the same thing then you'll be the highest bidder.   Death and taxes son; the two things you can't cheat.

I'm a bit lost at your end game if your building the same thing.
