Sorry for the delay. My machinist has a death in the family and got the flu. It delayed my parts for a bit.
So far:
Status:
2 atc bolts are complete. They are made from S7 tool steel. These were basically set up and trial pieces. I will probably give these away to someone.

1 trx bolt: machining complete, heated and quenched to spec.

All bolts are awaiting zinc plating. I got a company lined up for the zinc plating. I will be taking the bolts to them in the next day or so. I will take a pic or 2 tonight to show the progress. So far, they are shaping up very well. The hex head fits the socket very nicely. Also, a good tight clearance to the linkage bushings.

UPDATE!

With all the chaos of my new son, I got behind on there. Finally got the bolts to the zinc plater. Here are 3 finished shock linkage greaseable bolts. The smaller 2 are for an ATC, the larger diameter one of for a TRX.

Anybody still interested or need any of these? Will make more if there is a need.

The one I made is discontinued. All 3 may be discontinued. I have been asked to make the whole 3 set by several others. So I'm going to look into it. I'll update back.

Just looked at Ryan's profile & he hasn't been on the forum since October 2019 so unfortunately this might be a long shot unless someone has his phone number to contact him.

Did anyone ever get in touch with Ryan ?

I just sent him an e-mail so we'll see if he replies.....I sure hope he's OK

I guess this didn't get finalized and offered to the 250R Brotherhood ?

:(

I reached out to Ryan.....he's alive and well :D

This was his response:

Hey John,
I only made a few for myself. I never got further than that. Seemed like not very much interest there at the time. I still have the drawing, but I don't own a machine shop or anything. So I would have to source them to a shop in order to make more. Plus, they require heat treating and zinc plating. So it's not really something that is worth making only a couple for.

Maybe I can suggest this to Gil Durbin and see what he thinks

:)

Was this ever completed?

If so, I would like four of these for my Trx-builds.
