Douglas Hoyt well as expected the toe in is off considering I got a arms 2 plus 1 with tie rods plus 2. but I am using 06 450 spindles. facing the bike the right side is nearly spot on as far as toe. the left is out about 3/4 inch. my tie rods are 14 inches atv guy has a few sets standard and plus 1 he is gathering for me tonight so I will go pick pick them up as he is only 1 mile from my house. I also can take a little off the tie rod end itself about 1/4 to 5/16 with a hack saw that will give about an additional 5/8 - 3/4 inch adjustment. my a arms have all heim joints so I have maximum adjustment available to me.

update using the plus 2 tie rods I have for the arms 14 inch I cut of 1/4 off each tie rod end on left side that gave me enough to bring in my toe enough to match up with the right side. so i'm off to a great start considering most every one has always said 04-05- 450 spindles the 06 and up are a problem or won't work. I just got my swing arm and gas tank back from the welder and I will be sending it out to the dave at race reflections to be repolished. I am waiting for him to finish a few parts before I send these out. so for now here's some eye candy

Did you cycle the suspension through the entire range to see if it toes out at the top of the travel?

Before you put the shocks on it,  Put the tires/rims on and cycle the suspension and measure the toe at the bottom and top of the stroke and see how much it changes.   Im pretty curious on this, as i was under the impression the 450r stuff wont work on the 250r unless you change the flag height.

By the look of the angle of the tierod in the pics. It will have some issue. They are not the same angle as the arms. Just my uneducated observation

I believe you are correct.  however, the 400ex stuff should work.  I believe there is a bracket that allows the use of the 250r dual piston calipers.

You have adjusted toe at full extension right?  Measure it at full up travel and ride height.  You might not like what you see.
