Get a cr250 intake boot that should put it close to what you need.

Yowzers that reed spacer is massive. I would just go with a UPP intake boot and VForce. Or just grab a RAD valve

I think around 99 to 01. You might have to cut the snuffer off it. I have a Cr reed and boot setup and you have to run a reed spacer to get the alignment right. I do believe mine is a 99. It has the snuffer built into the intake. I'll get pics when I get home.

The CR250 boot comes out at the same angle as the trx boot it's just shorter so that wouldn't change the height the carb is sitting at currently. I have a CR & a TRX rad valve & the entry angles are the same on both. It will pull the carb closer to the engine & give more room to get the boot on but it will still be sitting higher than it should.

make front motor mounts that are a bit taller, but, that could throw many things out of tolerance.

here's where i'm at with the sprocket chain alignment. the sprocket and axle hub nut is currently at the machine shop. the sprocket on the spring clip side will be milled out 5/32 nds. I feal that milling any deeper will be questionable. then re grooved for the spring clip to set against. a 7/32 nds stainless spacer will be placed between the sprocket and the oem spacer that rides into the carrier bearing seal. doing this will move the axle's position to the left by 13/32 nds  the line up for the sprockets will be 3/64 ths off favoring to the right just a little. by moving the axle over to the left I will also be making adjustments to the right wheel hub. removing the hub I will be placing a 4/32 nds stainless spacer on the right axle spline. to  reinstall the hub the axle castle nut will be milled down on the back flat side 1/16 th this will allow for the cotter pin to be installed. I will also run 3/32 nds stainless on the lug studs behind the rim hub. with all of this this will realign the rear wheels so the assembly as a whole does not appear to be shifted to the left. the 7/32 nds spacer adjustment will move the right wheel hub over for proper alignment. there must be a lot of 450 swing arm conversions out there. I have not heard any one talk of sprocket alignment not once so I did not think it was to much of an issue. for me and the components I am using this is where I am at as a fix on this. I have had others chime in on face book and then say wow now that I look yeah my chain is off a little. for me 15/32nds is off a lot. that's not acceptable to me. I will be getting my sprocket back from the machine shop by the end of the week. I am anxious to install it.

OMF--- ALSO KNOW AS PAIN IN THE ASS
I went the extra mile one these. all the fasteners are show polished stainless. putting anti seize on all of this was a time consuming effort. almost 2 hours. for 1 wheel. removing the fasteners and reinstalling these.
