still f'n around with this.  The twin airs work for about 2-3 cleanings/races, then the glue that holds on the outer rear part (that says twin air) fails.  They are doing the job to keep dirt dust out though.  And goodness filters have gottend expensive!  K&N is like $80 bucks now!  The twin air is $40

Im leary of the pre-oiled filters not having enough oil/ stored a certain way for 6 months and the oil is no longer uniformly distributed.

Those durablue filters look just like Unis?

How are you cleaning the UNI or Twin-Air foam filters?

A lot of guys like dunking them in used gas, but I felt that was too harmful to the filter. So I soak them in warm soapy water with dish soap.

I've had great luck with UNI and an Outerwears

How about going back to your original set up of a K&N and then making a foam wrap yourself ?

So, these pre filters need made.  The question is how to bond the ends of the filter material.  I’ll post a few links on what others used for bonding the ends together.
