I purchased a upper handlebar clamp (1 1/8") with a kill switch mount built in. I went to mount it up today and found that my "Pro Armor" kill switch has a different mounting then the clamp does, i'm guessing the correct one is the "Pro design". Has anybody run into this ? Guess I need to order a Pro design.

Ya, I ordered the Pro Design switch today. The Pro Amour switch is set for a 1 1/8" bar with an inset for 7/8" and I'm guessing that makes a difference in the spacing. The difference isn't easily seen without having the clamp, or both switches in hand.

I’ve got the Baldwin top clamp with PD kill switch mount.   I had to flip it backwards to clear my over size fuel tank.

I had purchased a Pro Design switch that was in a "used" condition, with a broken lower clamp and cut wires, with plans to repair what needed to be done as it was  ~$10.00.
I took both switches apart tonite and all the parts interchange (except the housing), with all dimensions the same with an added bonus of an o-ring on one end of the Pro Armor switch for better water resistance. So with all parts swapped, with a little dielectric silcone added for both lube and weather resistance, I have a brand new Pro Design kill switch and spare parts for it, along with a Pro Armor  housing, and a second tether cord.
