This is a 1986/87 Hondaline head light guard. It’s a part purchased and then bolted to the existing guard.

Unfortunately I have no idea who made the aftermarket guard. I have searched for way too many hours only to come up with nothing. Maybe I’ll stumble on an advertisement in an old magazine.
