I think 10-20 years ago we speculated what prices would be like. Myself, I thought htey would do well, but I didn't think it would be quite this high. Even in 2020 when inflation and scarcity beecame a topic, I thought it was more of a mania, and would settle down. It hasn't yet I guess.
