Well.....let the Winter Project begin!!!

Really digging the fresh Zinc plated Hardware.....Frame is Carmine RAL3002 and will be getting the A-Arms & Swingarm from Powdercoater's this Friday.

The freshly plated hardware will look really nice. I think that's a detail that makes the work look complete.

I'm doing a Denton build with a different take....I'm building a 250r with as many Denton parts from when he had his shop as I can along with some other vintage parts....The motor even has the original cylinder off of Gary's quad....

Made a little more progress this weekend......waiting on the Bearing kits to arrive to get the Swing arm, Linkage & Rear Shock Installed.

Got the Bearing Carrier & Axle installed....lots of NEW parts I found on AMAZON. :)

Thought I'd mount up the fenders to see what she looks like.......looks like I have a LOT of sanding & polishing ahead of me! Or do I break down and buy NEW MAIER's ????   ::) ::) ::) ::)

I can refinish the fronts in a day, and rear in another day if I don't have to drop the girts too low. Otherwise, Maier would save some time for sure. Re-finishing is tedious.

Hey Jay! Yes....a little progress....but been so busy this summer haven't had much time in the garage.....got the wheels mounted.....I've sent the front brake calipers out for Vapour blasting....waiting for them.....then she'll be a roller.....then I can pull the 275cc motor out of my 450R Hybrid to finish it off.....I'm putting a 330 in the 450R Hybrid :)
