RL-02 vs RL-19 Reeds

Anybody know what the difference is or what is preferred?  If i remember right C-Leigh used to recommend the RL-19 for use with the Rad valve on the 250r. 

I appreciate any incite.

Neil said the RL-19 was good for bottom end.
