What's the going rate (cost) for a straight OEM trx frame nowadays? 86-87 or 88-89 with paperwork (title)?

It really varies if the frame is in mint condition, or if its been cracked and fixed, is it guessetted and so on. I sold my mint 89 trx frame with brand new powder and all gussetted for $400 to a member on here who is very happy with it.

Lately I have paid $400 with free shipping. Before that it was $300 plus the ride. So about the same. They are costing up to $150 to ship now.

Gotcha.  How much more would you pay for an 88/89 over an  86/87?

I would say it is worth more with less hours. Relatively speaking all the years have the same value. A 89 frame is not newer then an 86 in that respect IMO. Its up to the consumer which is more valuable. I like the 86-87 longer wheel base. This can be changed when you get a longer swing arm though.
