Getting close.  Who’s going and where are you staying?

I will be there. Been trying for 3 years, one ruptured Achilles and one broken foot...This year looks to be the year. I have RV spot-OA703 at Oasis. I think? most of the folks are staying at the south end, but I could not get a RV spot there at the time I booked.

Going to bring a couple of bikes, and I will have a bunch of extra parts to help anyone here. (Carb, Clutch and throttle cables, radiator, shifter, Kickstarter, etc.)

I think if I can find some time, I will set up lights on both bikes, maybe powered by a Dewalt battery, just in case there is any night riding.

Is there any reason to bring a set of Knobby Tires? Or are Paddles all that we will need? Really looking forward to seeing y'all and sharing this adventure !!

Rob, all the campgrounds are connected by a paved road.  Nice leisurely walk to get to all of them or throw on a used set of dirt tires and ride around.  Then put on the paddles for the dunes.  I’m almost positive the Oasis sites have direct access to the dunes.

Took me 22 hours to get there and 24 to get home.  Good times seeing old friends and meeting new people (notably Rob from this site and the father and son that are making the decompression release heads) at the same time.   Weird vibe the first day or so with the DMR and BHP conflict.  I stayed neutral and went and enjoyed my time.  Weather was good. Racing was good.  Dunes were rough but I guess that will be the normal due to SXS’s everywhere. 

Group rides everyday.  Drag racing everyday.

Friday was a poker run and barrel racing

Saturday was group picture and show and shine.
