Title: 1988 trx250r foot guard options???

SOmeone help me out here. I want to find a easy and cheap footguards? I really do not want nerfbars. but if that is my only option I will do so then. Im having a hard time finding nerf bars for the 88 frame however. any guards off like a 400ex work or anything?

I used a set of 450r heel guards. I had to cut the frame mounts and fab new ones. The foot peg mounted up with little to no mod. This was used on a 88’ frame.

F43 just came out with a heelgaurd/foot peg combo.

Thanks for the heads up Sam.

They need an aluminum back plate. Not a Net fan.

I'm the same way, wish I could find another set of ims ones.

I’ve spoken to those guys about a 450 bumper for my 250r and he was more than willing to fab it for the 250r maybe he would do the mods you guys talking about if you ran it by him.

Maybe we need to get the ball rolling, with Factory43. Steeve was the guy I spoke with, when buying a front bumper. Really nice guy.
