man, i have been sitting on a pair of Gils spindles for years.  At the time i though ISF was going to start making accompanying components, but he bailed about the time the spindles were done.

i never heard of this either, but in 2022 race season it happened to a competitor on 2 different races.  Then around middle of 2023 race season it happened to me.  Near as i can tell the clip evaporated lol.  i've been riding/racing these for 30 years prior without this happening

im not sure whats up with Burgard.  their FB post almost seem like a scam.  the post items on 250r pages, but not on their business page.  no website either. 

It always seemed like the laeger and burgard arms were identical except for grease zerks.  Maybe the laeger parts will fit?

someday........  need to take like a month off, hit up killpecker, st anthony on the way to oregon.  Spend about 7-10 days exploring OR dunes, and then hit up glamis, sand mountain, cinders, etc. on the way back.

Florence is right at 2500 miles one way from my house.
