The quad has no real historical value. It’s just parts all over the place now. These are +1 1/2” wider and +1” forward with some giant bushings and seals with indexed ball joints. Back then Roll welded washers with two flat sides to automotive tie rod ends and notched the tube they went into to keep them from turning. I’ll sell them eventually. They’re pretty burley.

Yes. Before I started putting aluminum guards on they took a few hits. The p.o. put a couple on there before I bought the quad also. They’re early Roll Bros. Even before DRD&D.

I have a TripleEEE swingarm and a bumper, before they started calling them “Timmy Boy” Haha. The bumper has been on all of my quads. The swingarm needed fortifications and was ,and is, on a 350x/250r hybrid.

Soooo.....should dings and dents in the bottom of a-arms be filled(welded) and ground or left alone before powder? I wouldn’t want anyone to think I was covering up history.

Congratulations ESR and Mike Alessi! Way to pump. I’ve been a fan of Mike’s even since before the “Believe The Hype” days, even though it was hard at times. What a paycheck!?!?

I've wondered the same thing and have yet to pull the trigger on it.  Can you buy it already and give feedback? Lol
I’m currently forbidden. Haha Essentials only.

Is anyone using one of these? Just wondering if it’s fragile or not. Obviously you’d run a guard

It’s a good thing I have a tractor....I would have had to knock the stand over to get her off haha. Well she’s on the ground. Still no rear brakes but the fronts work. Had some old shocks that are good enough to hold her up.

Looks good. I’ve been thinking about getting a HF blasting cabinet myself. Do you have a professional set up?

She’s alive. It was an oily mess getting all the air out her oil lines but she bbubububububus along just like she used to. I may be able to do brakes and little things but shocks are going to have to wait until I start getting a paycheck again. Haha

DesertR did you put an electric starter on it? Is that why you need a battery?
