Title: Where to find Pure-Gas!!
Post by: csides66 on August 21, 2013, 09:08:23 AM
For those of us that still run pump gas, this website is a nation-wide list of ethanol free gas stations by state. Sorry if this has been posted before.

Luckily a few stations here in Louisiana sell ethanol free gas but none of it is higher then 89 octane.

That's a cool site. I was pretty happy when I saw that a local shell station started offering ethanol free gas. I've been running it with good results. It seems to be more consistent and has helped me get my jetting closer which has resulted in more power.

Be careful at any filling station pumps, because if the ethanol content is 10% or less, no sticker is mandated to be on the pumps alerting you of ethanol added.

Are you certain about this Neil? Because almost all gas stations selling ethanol fuels are 10% or less.

Here in Tennessee. If they sell ethanol in the gas, it has one of these stickers on the pump.
