Title: ESR great customer service again!!!
Post by: ATC323R on August 21, 2013, 11:20:40 AM
I just wanted to let you guys know that I placed an order and it took awhile to get it squared away... But eddie sent me a jet wrench and a kicker for free for the wait!!!  They have always taken care of me even with my 330 build when something was behind eddie and tom threw in extras to make it right!!! Great service!!

They sent me a free kicker also when I bought 3 of the clutch covers. Just can't figure out how it works?

Did you make sure it was out all the way? Loosen but do not remove the bolt and slide it all the way out and then tighten the bolt and recheck your clearance.

yes i did that. it seems as tho it needs a flat spot milled off of it so when its folded out in the starting position it has more clearance. problem is it is anodized blue so it will look like poop.

I called today at 2:52 and at 3:15 cali time and got no answer.  Part of good customer service is answering the phone IMO.

Leave a message, email or order online phantom. They have made it known that they are going through a transition right now but people are getting taken care of.
