Hello All.  What brand of crank seals are you using?  I mostly run OEM Honda, but is there a company making better ones?  Thanks

I do not believe anyone makes better than OEM but you might find some equal, kind of hit and miss with the aftermarket stuff

OEM crank seals only. There are a few japan main bearings that would be ok but do not mess with the crank seals...
Crank seals and main bearings must be held to a very high std and if that means more money then the options so be it. TOP quality is beyond highly recomended here.

I have used OEM and Hot Rods crank seals, both with great success and zero issues.

Also...maybe if we keep the purchase volume of OEM seals high then they won't discontinue them....who knows

Thanks Guys.  Just purchased another OEM seal.  That is all I have run in the past, just didn't know if there was something better.  I sank the seal too far into the case and it didn't seal on the spacer by evidence of my pressure test.  I could actually feel the air flowing through when I had held my hand over it.  This is the first time I ever rebuilt my engine and thank goodness I made the pressure tester and tested it.  Glad to know I had an issue prior to firing and running my fresh engine.  I know not to sink it too far in now, but does the seal sit flush with the case?  I was just gonna put it in with a 1/8 before being flush with the case, then pressure test it and see if I need to sink it in further.  I know I don't want to go past flush with the case.
