Title: Spandex and flip flops!

[ATTACH=CONFIG]1690[/ATTACH]When did theses become normal riding gear, I was out at sandlake today tuning my 350 and saw tons and tons of people not wearing helmets, and wearing sorts flip flops and that king of stuff seems crazy to me! But on the other hand I got my bike at tuned in and a good sun burn!

I was out there two weekends ago testing my new clutch on my 350 and noticed the same.Not the the spandex and flip flops lol but the no helmets.I havnt been to sand lake in like 5 years.We always go further south,mainly horse falls beach.Place gets sketchy,espeicially trail riding.

Sounds about right for Sand lake. We stopped going there years ago because of all the clowns that flock to that place. To many idiot kids out there that are to broke to pay attention.

I am always happy to drive an extra 30 minutes past Florence to Winchester for this reason alone. All the city folk from Eugene and Springfield don't want to turn a 45 minute drive into and hour and 15 minute drive. :sign0108: You know it might cut into their beer money fund

That's a shame. They'll learn one day when they get injured and the right gear could have saved them some pain
