Just ordered me a engine stand :)
-
These stands are AWESOME!!! Best money ever spent. I didn't think I would use it that much but holy crap, I could use 3!!
-
Redred55 bought 3 extra sets of the aluminum just for motor storage. Hate have to slide them around on the oil drain plug.
-
All motor's I've sold and shipped are shipped with one as well. I love them!! I've still got the prototype polished stainless one on my wall!! I want do draw up a 450r one as well sometime...
-
No engine should be stored without one.....
-
I'll never work on or assemble another engine without one of these stands. Complete life saver
-
Hey can you cut the Honda logo in the stainless version also, I see the last pic of the steel one is that way.

You mean the Honda Wing with the TRX250r? Yes. I have them but they are $10 more than the standard Honda logo. I must not have got a pic to Trevor for that one. Let me take a pic tomorrow
-
Thanks tony, I will start saving for one then.
-
I bought one of these as the site was launching... Great products from the Pumashine shop! Thanks Tony! :)
-
I don't remember why this is not on the site. Must have not been double polished at the time.

Here's what I have been working on end of January beginning of February. The ones closest are the .ORG stands. There will be a drawing for 2 lucky members as soon as these are finished. I spent 12 hours programming the new ATC version. The old version is in the back. Lost the programs last year. This set is free if someone wants to pay $15 for shipping and mounting bolts. One side is bent, as it had a motor on it that was dropped. Considering sending a couple sets to our member Powderillusions for some sweet PC. Anyone interested in a certain PC can ask now.

Very nice . Do you still have the old sets available .

Sweet stands here!!

These are 4 styles of the steel stands. The aluminum and stainless are run separately.
After deburring the stands with a standard belt sander they are run through a deburring machine which this one is called a Timesaver. Its a 2 foot wide sander with the belt on top. Parts are fed in 2 at a time
(http://i61.tinypic.com/okc0i1.jpg)
Coming out the other side.
This deburrs the letters on the inside of the part. Cleans any dirt/oil off the parts and gives a brushed finish.

Next the parts are formed before painting.
-
Oh thats awesome -- automatic De-burring, BIG time time saver!!
-
Frickin sweet!!! .org engine stands!!!
Little error in letter placement on the .org stands. The cut outs go too far into the bend area. You can see in the pic.
So I moved the letters over and ran a couple more. I made a set for PDX Bigfoot Jason you can see in the rear.

Looks good tony!
-
I put my engine in the engine stand yesterday, and wanted to say the engine fits better in the stand than it does in the frame! Just dropped engine on the stand and all bolt holes were aligned without any fuss! I couldn't be any happier.
-
Cant wait Too get mine.
-
anybody that does not have one because they dont think they would use it, is missing out!
They are very handy have around even if you only use it during rebuilding your chassis or assembling the topend of the motor.
Thanks Tony these are awesome!
-
You ever get the .org stands done yet?
Yep, got all the .org stands painted and ready to give away. Who wants one?
-
I'll buy one.
-
I'll buy one.
Jon and Ryan get there's for spending all their time improving this website. We are having a free drawing for 3 .org stands and 2 ATC stands that are being given away as a website promotion.
-
so how do I put in for the free drawing.
-
so how do I put in for the free drawing.
We have to start a thread and anyone who posts will be put in the drawing. We will be reaching out to FB and .net for new members beginning next week. Will give it 1 week and do the drawing Sunday night March 30. Will be posting in the chat box everyday. I know that will get the attention of all on .net as we cannot go there!

I didnt see the TRX250R.ORG ones on your site, are they still available for purchase? If so how much for the Heavy Duty Steel one with the base. I would like the sides in raw or unpainted if possible and the base in the polished diamond plate.

I did not put the .org stands for sale. There were 8 in all that I gave away as site promotion and to the site administrators. I would have to cut them for you if you want a set. They are $45 a set.
-
How much would that be with the base plate, and is the base always polished diamond plate?

We have gone to a different color with the motor stands. The stands them selves are Cardinal Red Powder coat. The bases are thicker .080" aluminum powder coated black. I have new pics on the website along with the no logo models of aluminum and steel. These are for low cost storing and shipping. http://www.tlr-online.com/trx250r/engine_stands
Got pics of the ATC stand and you can see them here down towards the bottom. http://www.tlr-online.com/atc250r/8586_engine_stands
