Post by: 2k1lvr on September 12, 2013, 12:24:34 PM
I have an 88 motor stock stroke and on the second bore, stock porting. I would like to raise comp to around 210 or more what size dome would I need in a pro design cool head to get to that? And let me know if that's with stock 3 piece gasket. I know I need to do a uccr or what ever its called to be sure but I want to know about what I need. I might buy the head from a buddy but not sure what all size domes he has. And i know i will need race gas Thanks!

You can run a Cometic 0.010 steel head gasket or on the 3 piece trx gasket peal it apart and run just 1 of the thin gaskets  and save the other

I'm running one thin pieces of a stock gasket now but my friend has the cool head for sale cheap to me and he has several domes so i was just wondering which dome would get me where i want to be.
