Got my works tripples today and decided to powder the arms and replace the heims. Who can confirm that all the specs on these heim joints match that of the heims used on LSR race arms? If these are the same size and thread then theyre a great deal.

I have LSR race arms and want to replace the heim joints that connect the upper a arm to the frame. The ones i found on ebay are 25 each and they dont say the size in the description for me to compare. The ones on my R look just like that. Where else on a a arm does a heim joint go? I didnt say ball jointdnmvdkfndks

Exactly....LOL Now I can see the "joint" lol your talking about. The best way to tell is to find out what pitch the threads are. You can micrometer the width but prob need something to measure the thread pitch. take into a hardware and use a nut or something maybe. Need to make sure the length of the threads is real close too. Sorry couldnt help ya more. Looks like were finally on the same page..:sign0188:

I guess i can take it to the hardware store is i have time. I was just hoping to save the trip.i might just call lsr and order a complete rebuild kit for the a arms. Might be a little more but itll be worth getting everything.

I used the VW ball joints for my LSR a-arms and the threads were about 1/4 inch short. Now my nut on the upper ball joints is only on about 1/2 to 3/4 of the nut width. Had to red loctite them on for fear of them backing off. They work for what I paid but now I wish I went with lsr and paid more. Theres always a price for a lower price.

Ahhh I use to have an 01 929 red and white. Until I hit 2 deer in 2 different accidents with it. Couldnt enjoy it anymore so got rid of it after I fixed it all up.

I got offered 3 different shees, 2 250 4 poke dirtbikes, a ltz440, and a crf450 today. I liked the crf the best besides the yz
