Title: Broke a fender mount... Now what?

Following our last trip, I noticed a crack in the lower mount of my right front OEM 86 fender.  Following closer inspection, it broke completely in two places.

Has anyone ever successfully repaired this area, or will I be forced to cut my once-nice full fenders?

Any and all advice will be appreciated and I've got to work fast, I've got another dune trip coming in three weeks.

Post a pic ill and ill tell ya how to fix it will  take about 30 min to a hour
