Who makes a BA gas cap that will fit a IMS 4 gallon tank?

Are 88-89 OEM caps smaller or different than OEM 86-87?

A 88/89 gas cap won't fit a IMS 4 gallon tank. They are to small in diameter. I have  a aluminum cap on  one of my 4 gallon tanks but I need another in black. I have asked some of the gas cap manufacturers if there's will fit a IMS 4 gallon and they say not. I like the alba  one on eBay.

I see gas cap manufacturers don't specify between years and say they will fit all trx, this doesn't help me!

im pretty sure you need a cap that fits the 86-87 tanks..
